Castgigs is an offering of Moonfield, operated by the sole proprietorship Jacek Pola, Zürich. The platform at castgigs.com is a matchmaking platform on which content creators (influencers, UGC creators) and companies (brands, agencies) come together for advertising collaborations.

The information on this page is the provider identification under Art. 3(1)(s) of the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) and also serves as the information under § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG) and § 5 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act (E-Commerce-Gesetz, ECG). We usually answer enquiries by email within two working days.

Content of creators and companies

Creator profiles (texts, photos, videos, channel details, reach, terms) and company profiles (company details, logos, descriptions, linked websites and legal notices) are content of the respective users. They reflect their own statements, not the views of the operator.

The operator checks information as part of verification (confirmed email address and mobile number, proof of channel; in person in individual cases), but gives no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this content. If you believe content is illegal or breaches our terms of use, report it to us with the ‘Report content’ form or by email to kontakt@castgigs.com. We review every report and decide after weighing the rights of everyone involved; the procedure is described under ‘Legal and contact’.

External links

The platform links to third-party pages — websites and legal notices of companies, creators’ channels on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other networks. The operators of these pages are solely responsible for their content. No unlawful content was apparent at the time the links were set; continuous monitoring of third-party pages cannot reasonably be expected without concrete indications.

Copyright

The design, texts and software of the platform are protected by copyright and belong to the operator. Photos, videos and texts in creator profiles remain the property of the creators; the rights they grant to the operator and to companies are set out in the terms of use. Any reproduction or use outside the platform requires the consent of the respective rights holder.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The applicable law and place of jurisdiction are set out in the terms of use.
